Our work
Real businesses. Real problems.
We hold back client names where they prefer it. The problems, and what we did about them, are real.
A property-services company, bought and modernised
The situation
A new owner took over an established company doing maintenance and improvement work for apartment buildings. It was approved to work with around 200 property customers, but most of its work came from a handful of them, and some leads still reached the previous owner's phone number.
What we did
- Researched and mapped the buildings they serve: owners, managers, contacts, units and floor plans
- One system for leads, quotes, work orders and invoices, priced from the company's own price list
- Contractors and crews on a phone app, with photo proof, even offline
- Connected to QuickBooks for the accounting side
Where it's heading
Turning a long list of approved customers into steady work: spotting nearby opportunities, following up on every quote, and seeing which buildings bring in the most business.
A door replacement company, bringing sales and service together
The situation
Leads come in from online ads and phone calls. Quotes are made in a separate tool, payments are taken by hand, and technicians fill in paper measurement templates on site. Customer records live in spreadsheets.
What we're doing
One system for sales and service: every lead tracked from the ad or call that brought it in, through the quote and the on-site measurements, to the job and the payment. Case study to follow.
